Problem
The site had a visual and functional base, but before launch it
needed a clear conversion, structure, mobile, product page, form,
and visible-error review. For a B2B business, the site had to
quickly explain what KDT offers, who it is right for, and how the
visitor can reach a quote request.
What was executed
I audited the homepage on desktop and mobile, the menu, categories,
navigation, category pages, product pages, contact area, and forms.
I identified visible pre-launch errors and prepared recommendations
for CTAs, structure, lead flow, tracking before promotion, and
prioritization between important launch items and later
optimizations.
What was improved / fixed
The recommended direction was for the site to guide users quickly
toward one of the main commercial actions: machinery quote request,
consultant discussion, service request, spare parts request,
showroom appointment, or direct contact.
Deliverable
Structured pre-launch audit, with clear observations by section and
implementation priorities.
Result
KDT received a clear direction for correcting visible issues before
launch and for turning the website into a stronger B2B
request-generation tool, not just an online technical catalog.
