2. Data processed through the website

• data entered in forms, depending on the form: name, email, company, website, industry, project type, tools used and the message submitted;
• data voluntarily sent by email or through an external contact service you choose;
• technical request data processed by hosting and security infrastructure;
• the consent choice stored locally and analytics or marketing data only when you accept the relevant category.

Do not submit sensitive data or information that is not needed for your request.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

• Responses and requested resources: reviewing and answering the request and delivering the requested resource; depending on context, pre-contractual steps at your request or the legitimate interest in handling professional enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) or (f)).
• Operation and security: delivering, protecting and diagnosing the website under legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
• Analytics and marketing: only for the category accepted in the cookie panel (Article 6(1)(a)).

4. Providers

The website uses, where relevant:

• Formspree, when you submit a form;
• Cloudflare, for infrastructure and security;
• Google, after Analytics is accepted, and Meta, after Marketing is accepted;
• the external contact service you choose to open, such as WhatsApp.

Provider policies explain their own operations, retention periods and any international transfers.

5. Retention

The website code does not set a fixed retention period for form messages. Retention depends on provider-account settings, handling the request and applicable obligations. You can ask about a specific request or request deletion using the contact address.

The consent choice remains in local storage until you change it or clear the site's browser data.

6. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting processing before withdrawal.

Email contact@simionsystems.com to make a request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).

7. Withdrawing consent

Use the “Cookie preferences” button in the footer or below. Analytics and Marketing can be disabled separately.

8. Automated decisions

The website does not use collected data for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
