Problem

Roxana quickly needed a simple, functional flow after increased interest around her content. The goal was not just a beautiful page, but a clear path where interested people could watch a free lesson, join the waitlist, and receive email confirmation.

What was executed

I implemented a dedicated waitlist landing page, with a visual structure aligned with the existing brand, blue / cream tones, soft cards, and a calm, premium design. The flow includes video embedded directly on the page, a dedicated player cover, mobile optimization with the video high in the hero, CTA immediately below the video, custom form, local lead storage in WordPress, automatic push to FluentCRM, dedicated list and tag, automatic confirmation email, internal signup notification, controlled redirect after submit, UX-friendly consent, unique unsubscribe link, instant unsubscribe, a separate video lesson page, CTA to the waitlist, anti-spam protection through honeypot and rate limit, anti-cache nonce, and debugging logs.

What was improved / fixed

The flow reduces signup friction: the user reaches the waitlist page, sees the video lesson at the top, enters name and email, the data is saved locally and in the CRM, receives email confirmation, and Roxana receives an internal notification. From the email, the user can unsubscribe instantly.

Complete waitlist funnel: landing page, free video lesson page, custom form, FluentCRM integration, confirmation email, internal notification, and unsubscribe system.

Result
