01

Context

The store already had an advertising history. The pilot began with an audit and setup, followed by the campaign launch on 24 September. Product availability changed frequently, while orders, payments and returns needed separate monitoring.

02

What I managed

I configured and monitored Meta Ads campaigns, compared catalog and video performance, and adapted advertising to the available products. I checked landing destinations, UTM parameters and spend pacing. The client supplied the photographs and videos.

I monitored campaign purchases and costs alongside the store’s order records to inform adjustments during the pilot.

Documented results

The anonymised screenshots below document the interim review on 17 October. Final totals appear in the table above. Images can be enlarged on this page; the original interface is in Romanian.

03

Pilot decisions

The general catalog remained separate from single-product ads. Featured products were replaced when availability changed, and budgets were adjusted within the overall pilot cap. The captured configuration is a checkpoint, not a final scaling formula.

04

Pilot conclusion

Catalog delivered the lowest platform-reported cost per purchase among campaigns with results. Budgets were reduced when results did not justify the spending pace, and the ads stopped at the agreed deadline on 22 October.

Any future phase should prioritise product availability, measurement quality and margin verification for paid orders that customers keep. Meta results alone do not establish profitability.
