01
Concrete problem
The previous website needed to be replaced without losing its useful
commercial structure and content. Newly imported products had uneven
information and imagery, the categories needed to reflect the actual
offer, and the mobile experience, forms, consent layer and email
addresses required a consistent setup before launch.
02
What changed concretely
I rebuilt the website in WordPress and WooCommerce, transferred and
normalised the catalogue, product imagery and product codes,
reorganised the six collections and configured product pages with a
quote-request path. I refined the homepage, mobile display,
navigation, footer and consent component. The Contact and Quote
Request forms use authenticated SMTP, retain the visitor's address
for replies, and product inquiries include the product name and page
URL. The migration covered the domain, SSL, DNS and Hostinger email
setup, with the historical mailbox archive handed over separately.
